Posts: 10 Group: New Member Member #10,262 Joined: September 26, 2013	I started five years ago at age 29. I've done karate since high school and have done several tournaments. I love to spar a lot and am in good health. Boxing conditioning helped me lose a lot of weight. I was overweight/obese for a lot of my life (partially due to an underactive thyroid).
